NOS: WinNT WorkStation OS: Win98/95 Printer: HPDeskjet 870CXi and 690C
Problem: new and correct printer driver installed on host wkstation.the printer is working but others cant print from this shared printer. once you print from another wkstation it says: Printer is worked offline.weird is that there are cases for exmple using MSWord, the remote PC can print using the PRINTER ICON/Button but if you click on File menu – Print…(CTRL-P) then OK same error as above is shown therefore it means NIC’s and cables are working.help me pls.
