Print Spooler Message To Wrong User

We have a office worker with the same name as a user on another domain on our network. They have different profiles (logins etc). When our user prints a document, the spooler message is going to the other user on a different domain! (same state network)

Any ideas what we can check locally and address to the WAN network administration?
