PRINT SPOOLER SUBSYSTEM APP ERROR

I have one Small network, and I use WinXP Pro. Few months ago I connected one Copy machine Nashuatec 2000. Is a lazer copy machine. I use it and as a printer. 3 or 4 Times I get the above error. I installed mcafee and I and some program for cleaning. When I clean it the time of errors are minimised but the problem still to be there. Please help me!!! Server is connected with Copy machine via USB.
