After updating my WIN2K Pro with the latest critical update via Windows Update feature, I got this error: STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED when trying to print to Winfax Pro 10 from IE 5.5SP1. I would like to know what cause the Stop Errors or blue screen and how to troubleshoot them?
