I’m in charge of 17 diffrent computers and 2 of them have been changing default printers. These are Dell computers that have a POS loaded on them. It also has a receipt and report printer. The receipt printer is the default. When we restart the computer it changes back to the report printer which is an HP 3600 series. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the report printer. When wwe reboot the computer and go into the printers is shows there are 2 HP printers on it one says it’s deleting and the other it says copy 1.
