how to run 2 printers on 1 machine,using usb,what port to allocate,running win 98sec,thanks

USB ports are all created equal. The OS should detect any devices attached to USB ports and direct data sent to that device.

Unlike with parallel port printers, there are no special installation procedures when installing multiple USB or network printers.

Unless the specific application saves the printer settings when you exit the program, you will need to manually select the non-default printer each time you first print when you desire to use the second printer.

The chosen printer will remain the application default until you close the application, or change to the other printer.

OK do you have to have both printers using USB?
if not can you use your ltp1 (parallel port) for one printer and use the USB for the other printer.
