printer access

I have a user on a w2k ads domain that has baffling issues with connecting to printers. He is running w2k sp2 on a 4.5 GB hd with .8 GB free. He has regular domain access as most of our users do. Everything works fine except when I connect to a printer, it shows up as access denied in his printers folder and he is unable to print. Nobody else is having this issue. The print server is w2k server sp2. Any ideas?
