One of my users, who is located in another office is having a problem with his default printer setting on the Terminal Server. When he logs into the TS, his default printer is changed to a different printer, so he has to go in and change it every time he logs into TS to what it should be.
On his own computer he has his default printer set to the printer that is in his office. When he logs into the Terminal Server, he has set his default printer to the one in his office however, the default printer changes to a different printer (either the other printer that is set up at his location or one of the printers at my location). the only thing i can think of is that his ntuser.dat file could be corrupted, however before i tell him that, i was wondering if there could be another explaination?
His system is XP (I believe SP2) and Terminal Server is Windows 2003 Server SP2. No one else has mentioned to me that they are having this problem.
Thanks,
