I have a couple of users facing the same problem. Both are running Vista Business. I’m trying to connect both users to our printer server, but every time during the process of copying the drivers (or after, I’m not sure), the a/m error message pops up. I tried to install it using the local port option too, same result. The weird part is that on the same computer, login as admin I’m able to install the printer, but it is not available on the user side. I’m sure it is an access right problem, but I don’t know where to look .Ah!!, I already uninstalled the printers and installed back with same results.
