Some users running Outlook 2000 find that they are sometimes unable to print certain messages, as their Printer icon is greyed out on both the Outlook toolbar and the File menu. Resetting the toolbar fixes the issue temporarily, but we need a permanent fix.
Anyone know of a service pack, reg hack or other workaround to help us?
