    Printer is not printing papers

    What can I do if the Printer is not printing papers? No color getting printed on paper

      See if the color cartridge is empty. As a work-around only print in black.

      It would help to know what make/model printer you are using for help troubleshooting. MS Windows or Apple computer? What version of OS?

      Method 1: Check your printer connection
      Method 2: Set your printer as default printer
      Method 3: Update your printer driver
      Method 4: Check the Print Spooler service
      Method 5: Clear all print jobs
      Method 6: Use another program to print your document
      Method 7: Check the status of your printer
