I have an office with a networked Pitney Bowes Connexlite 260/360. All users are on Windows 2000. One user has been having the following issue: When printing selected documents from Word XP or Publisher her machine automatically reboots and does not print. Usually these are the only programs open at the time. Some days the documents will print out, some days they will not. I have had her re-install the drivers on her computer and the same thing keeps happening.
Any clue as to what might be happening?
