Whenever there is a print job, most of them are sent to one of three printers. Sometimes, the print jobs are able to be considered billable to clients. Right now, there is a clipboard people are supposed to use to indicate print jobs that are billable. This is all well and good, but for the most part, people forget or are too busy to notate on the clipboard. There is no server. Printers are connected to a ethernet switch via ethernet cables. Individual machines are connected to the same ethernet switch that the printers are attached to.
