We have 2 servers – 1 for x-rays and 1 for our veterinary management software. There are 2 shared printers – 1 laser printer, and 1 Zebra label printer. Any computer using the VMS server will print to the Zebra label printer without a problem. However, one workstation is logged in to the x-ray server (though it is networked, and can access VMS data) simply will not recognize this printer. Any ideas?
