Printer not printing for me

sir,
hp laser jet 2014 is attached to my computer and also shared on office network. the printer is not printing documents given by my computer with which it is attached. it just cencelled the job after a few second by giving message "printing" then "deleting".

YES JUST PRINTER IS REJECTING PRINT JOB GIVEN BY MY COMPUTER ONLY. PRINT FROM OTHERS PCS ARE PRINTING.

Try (at own risk)

Open a command prompt and enter NET USE.

Check to see if you have the same printer using LPT1.

If so, enter NET USE LPT1: /delete. You should be able to print now

My problem has been solved by using this trick

Check the port settings

Is the printer configured to use the proper port? Is it trying to use LPT1 when it's a USB connection?

Is this a new printer, or one that has worked in the past but stopped?

yes printer has worked in the past but stopped. even i have many time unistalled it and reinstall. you may check proble through online remote connection on team viwer software. you may fix a time by sending email when you feel convenient for this.

Have you tried deleting the printer?

Delete it, remove the driver (Printers, Server Properties), reboot, add the printer.

yes i delete printer from server and un plg cable then reinstall after re boot it but remain unsucessful.

USB, parallel, serial, or some other connection?

What make and model of printer?

Are you using the Windows drivers or drivers from the manufacturer's web site?

Does the problem occur with all apps?

Do you accidentally have something in Printer Preferences marked as 'Write to file'?

Can you print to other printers from your computers, like a network printer connected to another computer?
