I am trying to set up my printer after the house was struck by lightning. The modem was fried, so I replaced that. Now, when trying to print, I get an error. I re-installed the drivers, and the installer saqid there was no communication with the printer. I have checked all of the connections to make sure they were tight, and the printer has power. Does anyone know of a downloadable program that will check my ports, to make sure they are in proper working order? Thanks, JParade
