Printer Problem

The printer is installed in my computer, the printer is shared to another computer by printer sharing. Other computer can print with my printer but me i cannot print. The files iam trying to print is not printing its auto deleting the files i wanted to print. Is there anyone can help me in this problem? Please i need help. Its affect my job.
