I have 3 station peer to peer workgroup. A Canon 5100 was just installed hooked up to the Win98 work Station. It is shared properly. The other 2 run workstation with service pack 4. All can print fine. But on the 2 work stations you cannot change any thing in the printer properties box. It kicks you out with this error message “winword.exe Exception: access violation (0x0000005), Address: 0x771aa92e
winword is replaced with what ever application you are in trying to change propertie. Any one know what this means?
