I am having problem with connecting a hp printer 4100 series with my laptop running on vista OS, after ading the printer to the control panel, i now procceeded to the installation of the software provided by hp for sysyems running on vista, during the installation to got to a place when it ask me to plug the printer which i have already did, and said i should connect the usb to my laptop and i did, but instaed of it to highlight NEXT it didnt, and when i went to device manage it said that no driver was installed for the printer.
