Printer Problems….

Ok I have a Samsung ML-2010 attached to a pc here at work. its shared with another PC. we use a program created in access that prints to the default printer. when i set the Samsung ML-2010 as the default it works… when i restart the PC the Samsung ML-2010 is not the default anymore. What could be causing the Samsung ML-2010 to no longer be my defualt printer?
