i have a hp692c deskjet printer i’m trying to repair. it was recently serviced and working when carried to customer it stopped working. Here are the problems
1. not doing a test print
2. when cover raised cartrigde comes out when cover is put back down the cartridge doesn’t go back in
3. doesn’t print at all now
now the only thing that happened between the service and delivery to customer is that it was transported to customer
what could be wrong?
