I am unable to access printer properties on some PC’s using Windows 2000 Professional.When I right click on the printer select properties I receive a blank blue screen then returned to the desktop. It does the same even if I sign on to the PC as theAdministrator. We run Novell 4.1, but it does this for IP printers and even the local printer.
