Printer Q problem

Since a while, I have a problem with a group of people using a network printer. For whatever reason each print document is kept into
the spooling folder of the workstation. There’s actually no setting specifies to keep printed document in the printer setting.

After the job has been print, the document stay on the workstation in “%SystemRoot%\system32\spool\PRINTERS”.

This is actualy getting to be serious problem since printed document waste a lot of space. i had remove 11410 printed document from 1 workstation. This mean approximately 3.5Gb wasted space use.

If someone has some clues how I can fix this it would be appreciated…
