On an assumption

I'd say, because your question is unclear on details, that you have printers shared from a particular PC and the only way you can print to them is to first reboot the printer PC. After that, they can be printed to all the time?

What kind of printers are attached to the PC?
If possible, set up one of your severs with the role of Printer Server.

Another thing to try is to stop and start the spooler service.
You could do that from (Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services)or the command line (CMD.exe) as "net stop spooler" then enter. Then type "net start spooler".

But I'll restate; If possible, set your server as a Printer Server as well.

How many computers can connect to this unit to print?

If it's more than 10 that is the problem here as the Local PC can not support more than 10 concurrent connections. If that is what is happening here you need to use a Server as a Print Server to print from.
