there is a problem that a printer(HP 3050) is installed in the system but it not shown in the printer and faxes window. when i try to add a printer through add printer wizard an error appears “can not install printer” when i click on ok and again double click on add printer then a message appears that “printer spooler service is stopped”. when i start the service and again repeat the above same procidure then the same messages occurs. Please help me and give the proper and working solution.
