We have an HP Deskjet 840C model printer in our office that is a shared network resource that seems to “get lost” from time to time. We can go out and install it and print to it and then a couple of hours later the office calls and says that no one can print to it. When we go to the machine(s) and try to print a test page, it says “network resource is not correct”. Any ideas???
