Using Windows 98se: Printing to a Hplj5p, a message appears after sending the print job, and viewing the status of the print job.
Message: User Intervention Required, use printer offline. Other 98/NT users are connecting and printing OK. I restarted the machine (laptop), reinstall the printer drivers and the same message appears. I noticed that after the print job is sent the printer goes offline and I have to switched it back online again.
