I have a Dell 1815 dn laser printer over a network. At least once a day it goes offline. The only way we can fix it is to delete it from the network and start from scratch. (very weird) Anyways, I (rookie) and an ex Microsoft engineer can’t find any problems with the connections anywhere. Dell swapped the printer twice already and still no go. Does anyone have any other suggestions we can try. Thanks in advance.
