Printers Auto in AD

By courtney ·
Ok, so I am going to be upgrading to Win2K and added my servers to AD. I thought I would be able to have the printers automaticly install to users as they login, is this not tryue. And if so is there another way I can do this?

Set WshNetwork = CreateObject("WScript.Network")

' Set printer path
PrinterPath = "\\server\printer"
WshNetwork.AddWindowsPrinterConnection PrinterPath

' set Default printer
WshNetwork.SetDefaultPrinter "\\server\printer"

copy the code into notepad and input as many printers as you want. Save as a .vbs extension.

You can call this from a login script.
