i have software program named Quantitive Sentine (HCIT-Prg) and i have an IP RINTER,recently when i try to print from the program it says:

that was an error found when printing the document “printkey v4.00 picture to LPT1” the device is not connected

any help?

the printer port was changed to LPT1
Go into the printer properties/ports tab and set the port to the proper IP port

thank you,but that is the IP port because i am able to print from microsoft(print a test page) but i still can’t print from the software program
