I wonder if anyone can help, We have a citrix server with a very minimal users. Users are logging in from all over the world but are unable to print. When looking through our network it is picking up the network printers. When remote users try to print they do not see either the network printers within our office, I guess thats a good sign, nor their local printer. I have checked that the server has a UPD, I have updated this which has made no diffrence. In the even viewer it shows the user trying to print with an error code of “1106” and a message Client printer autocreation failure, the driver is not in the list of drivers.
