Hi
I am having problems printing a graph in Access 2000 (on NT4 SP6a). The history is:
1) In Access 2000 the graph initially crashed Access every time I printed it with a Visual C++ Runtime Error “This program has terminated abnormally”. And it produced a report that was blank inside the area where the graph object should have been.
2) Applied Office SR1a (after finding a reference in knowledge base to the error msg). This time when I printed the graph Access no longer crashed but I still received a blank section in the report where the graph object was.
NOTE: In both cases the graph viewed perfectly in the print preview.
3) Applied Office SR2. Now when I print the graph I get the required report, but only the first time. Any subsequent reprinting of it will revert back to a report with a blank area for the graph.
Strangely this seems to be on a ‘per report’ basis as if I then try a different graph type report the same scenario seems to happen – first print OK, all subsequent have blank graph object.
This does not affect at all any other reports that do not have a graph object in them.
Anyone have similar problems, or knows of any OLE settings that need to be added.
Thanks
Tom
