Printing a Laserjet 4 Plus spec sheet

We’ve set up a home network(combination of Ethernet and Wireless). What I need to know now is: from working with various HP Laserjet models, I know on other models when you’re setting it up as an IP Network printer it’s possible to – by holding down one or more of the buttons on the printer – get it to print a spec sheet with IP address etc.: I need to know the button combo to use with an HP LaserJet 4 Plus?
