Printing a report - no show if no details records

By ivank ·
I have a table and subform

When i try to print a report it only prints the records that have detail records associated with the main record

I now have to enter at least 1 line per main record - is there another way around this

you mean using Access, since your other question was about it.

First, look to see if the row in the report is suppressing if the line is blank.

Second, you can make the query default the value and insert something for a null condition.

Good luck.
