What type of data are you trying to print?

This message is normally associated with opening messages with embedded scripts on the incorrect version of mail client/browser. If you are trying to print a mail message, first try copying and pasting the text to another application (Word, or Wordpad), and try to print from there. This will help isolate the problem.

I hope this helps you.
Regards.
Duwane.

I have already tried this, fortunately the users don't want to have to do this for all emails. There has must be a fix out there, so we don't have to do this extra step. Thank You.

Try setting up a new printer using a driver for a HP series II and point it at the port for the 4550. I have had a few clients with strange errors while printing to a 4050 and the series II driver was a nice easy quick work around unless you need to do stuff that the series II won't support.

I have found out that this error is from MSHTML leader on outlook. If you update the firmware on the built in Jetdirect card it takes care of the OUTBIND issue. Thanks for your suggestion but the series II just wouldn't work for my situation.
