Ok, I don’t have the problem of some. My Vista laptop sees my desktop and the printer (Canon MP 730). However, when I go to add a printer, it keeps looking for an .inf file. I have installed the module supposedly that Canon came out with for Vista for this printer on both machines actually, but it never “shows” me where it has installed it. Vista is always looking for the .inf file and even after a search of the HD on both machines, I see no .inf file.
anyone have a clue on this – I sure hope so.
