Printing HTML documents

By gabelk1 ·
We are running Windows 2000 and Office XP. I have one user who is unable to print HTML documents. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office XP, setting up a TCP\IP printer, checked the settings for Office and run the detact and repair tool but none of that has worked. Any suggestions?

Printing HTML documents

Try flashing your printer. Ive seen HP lasers have problemswith web printing and they just needed to have the flash updated. If its a network printer there may be 2 flashes one just for the printer and one for the NIC(or jet direct card in HPs case). You can use Web JetAdmin from HP to do upgrades on HP machines. Other manufactures will have something similar. You might also make sure you have the latest drivers.

I doubt its software related to the PC like office or something. I suspect the printer just needs an update.

hope this helps or gets you in the right direction.

Jason
