Printing HTML documents

We are running Windows 2000 and Office XP. I have one user who is unable to print HTML documents. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office XP, setting up a TCP\IP printer, checked the settings for Office and run the detact and repair tool but none of that has worked. Any suggestions?
