Having a hell of a time trying to figure this one out… A user is cannot print any of her groupwise messages. The obivous questions are answered: yes the printer works fine, groupwise was reinstalled, and the problem seems to be local to the machine. Was using groupwise 6, on a WIN95 OS, and even shifted to a clean intall of groupwise 5.5 to solve the problem, but still not printing. An Error box comes up with a little yellow triangle with a ‘!’
The printer is a HP LaserJet 4 (shouldn’t matter because it was working before)
