    Printing in NT

    Recently, my printers have been stuck in the spooling mode. My printer server is a PIII 550, 128 RAM. I use HP 4000/4050 with jetlan’s, a HP 4500 N, and a Tektronics 740 E. Users will send jobs to the print queue and they’ll just sit there spooling and they’ll never print. I’ve had to stop/start my spooler services on my print server countless times. Any suggesstions?

      Install your service pacs form Microsoft downloads. This solved my problem with printing locks.

      We solve same problem when clear “enable bidirectional support” on priner port properties.
