A friend of mine tried to print some name tags using a template and also tried printing invoices out of quickbooks with the same result. The printer only prints the outline of the template being used, but none of the data placed in it. I’ve tried googling the web to see if is a common problem and I’m having no results finding anything close to offer a solution. Any suggestions on where the problem might lie? Gateway desktop, hp printer, xp operating system.
