I’ve got an HP 4350 Laser Printer installed on a windows 2003R2 network. The printer is shared from the print server and works fine for everyone with the exception of the user that uses it the most. When the user attempts to print to tray 2 it goes to tray 3, If the user chooses tray 2 and it has an envelope in tray 1 it prints the letter onto the envelope. No matter what I do or how I set the preferences on the print server it won’t print where the users asks it to? I’ve printed to the printer as several different users from several different computers and it seems to work fine for everyone else. Any help is appreciated.
