Printing multiple copies from LJ2300DTN

I have an HP LJ2300dtn printer that I print to via our network at the office. The OS on my pc is windows 2000 pro and our network runs on Novell. The problem is that I have problems printing multiple copies with some documents. The default size for the print copies is A4 and portrait format. I get this problem if the document I want to print is in landscape format. I’ve changed the setting on the printer to landscape and still can’t print multiple copies.
