Here’s a weird one I can’t seem to figure out. Someone is trying to print off several envelopes from Tray 1 on an HPLJ 4200 (most current drivers)
Before they print, they are sure to change “Number of Copies” to 5, 10, 15, etc. whatever… (Any number higher than one) However, when they click Print, the darn thing always just prints ONE. Never more than that.
Has this happened to anyone else out there and is there a fix I’m not seeing? Thanks!
