We are attempting to print from a remote PC running WinXP Pro to a printer attached to the remote PC, but we are trying to go thru terminal services on a W2K Server machine, which is where the Goldmine software is located. The printer is created in the printers folder when she connects to the server, but we are unable to print to it. The document appears in the print queue, but never prints.
