Check with your printers manufacturer for any updated drivers if they have some download those and reinstall the printer. Or try deleting the printer and reinstalling the printer.

Also try stinger.exe to see if you still have a virus. If you ran the anti-virus but did not turn off system restore you may still have the virus on the machine. To turn off system-restore right click my computer, select properties, select the system restore tab, and then check “turn off system restore” run the av program once it is complete then go back and uncheck “turn off system restore”. Do it to all machines again.

well. if i were sitting there is would open word and print a blank document and see the problem appear.
then i would close word and search for (with System Restore temporarily turned off) and delete all instances for normal.dot.
then i would open word again and print another blank page and if problem still occurs, let us know.

this is probably equally lame, but would find spooler folder and show all hidden files in it and see if print spooler empty.

I had the same problem on a customer?s pc. I used Mcafee to remove virus but then found @ appearing when printing word documents. I guessed that the Normal.dot had been edited in some way but didn’t take any chances deleting the customer profile then resetting up email, word etc all then work correctly.
Not sure if this is any help to you but didn’t think it would do any harm.
