When attemping to print certain files I get a “flashing” screen and the computer locks up until I Control-Alt-Delete and the Processor Screen comes up. After closing out the screen, most times I can print the document, however on occasion I can’t print anything. Can anyone tell me what the problem is? I have asked all the “Computer Expert” friends I know and so far no one can come up with the answer. Thanks for your help.
