Printing problems

I am having a problem with a HP Laserjet 4100n on a TCPIP network. It will print fine from our NT 4.0 workstations but when you send the same print job from a Win 98 SE it will only print 5 of 12 pages. The only error message that comes up is on thePC and just says there was a problem printing.
