I have a workstation that is currently using Office 2000. Outlook is setup with word as the default email editor. This station is haveing trouble printing attachments to a HP 8100 DN printer. If this user, from outlook, right clicks on a word attachment then selects print 90 percent of the time it will print. The other 10 precent it will display a word is printng box and might print 1 of a 3 page document. The printing dialog box will not goaway. I have tried new printer drivers but the problem came up again today. The only way to stop this is to endtask msword from the taskmanager. Then the system is unstable and will often BSOD.
