PRINTING RANGES IN EXCEL

By muhammaduna ·
I tried printing non-contagious ranges in excel but each range appeared in a separate page which is not what I want. How can I have the ranges in the same page without copying and pasting in another worksheet?

Thanks.

Depending on how you layed out your spreadsheet, try hinind the columns for which you do not want to print and then select your range.

As you said, it depends on how I lay out my spreadsheet. If there are no cells merged it worked fine but, in my situation this is not the case.

Even though I hate to ever say it, you can't.
One way around it is to use the picture function.
Go to Tool>Customise. On the Commands tab choose Tools and scroll down on the right untill you find the camera icon. Drag it onto one of the toolbars. Now highlight the first range click on the Camera icon then switch to an empty spreadsheet. Click on a cell. Go back and do the same thing with the other ranges. The Camera creates a dynamic picture that changes when the data changes.
