I have a computer with Internet Explorer by AOL on it. The person uses Outlook express and when we go to use the print under the file menu, nothing happens. I’m thinking that the path is not correct for outlook express for the printer is not correct but I don’t know where to look. It prints fine under every other application and it prints from the web browser with no trouble.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
